What time are the lessons held?
After paying for the course, you can choose a convenient time and date for your first lesson. During this lesson, your teacher will clarify your schedule and availability, and within two weeks, for group lessons, you will be added to the corresponding group, or if you choose individual lessons, you can start the next week.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, but there is no possibility to refund the money that has already been charged.
What is the Direct Language Lab method?
The Direct Language Lab method places a strong emphasis on practice and oral learning – listening and speaking. About 80% of the lesson time is dedicated to speaking practice with the teacher, consisting of controlled dialogue, in which the teacher asks questions based on previously introduced vocabulary and grammar.
How long will it take me to improve my language skills?
Our educational program is designed to encourage daily use of English from the very first lesson. With this approach, you can expect significant progress as soon as a month after beginning your studies.
What if I miss several lessons and fall behind the group?
It is not a problem at all. If you miss 3 classes in a row, you can take a free private lesson with a teacher. In addition, you can contact your mentor, who will give you some tasks to help you catch up with your group.
What do I need for the lesson?
Only a good Internet connection and a browser. The lessons take place on the Direct Language Lab learning platform, and you will receive a login and password after paying for the course.
How can I cancel my subscription?

Will I always be learning with the same teacher?
No, you will learn with different teachers and thus learn to understand different accents and people. However, you will continue following the planned curriculum.
Do you prepare for international English language tests?
After completing our course, you will reach level B2-C1 in English, which is usually sufficient for most purposes.
If you already have a satisfactory level of English, our teachers can offer you an intensive program to prepare for the IELTS exam. The duration of the program can range from 5 to 30 lessons, depending on your level of language proficiency.
Do you have native speaker teachers?
Yes, we have teachers from different countries. For us, the most important thing is that our teachers have a high level of English proficiency, can explain things clearly, professionally conduct lessons, and maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere in class.
